These Homeowners Must Hire. The County Is Enforcing.
On Angi and HomeAdvisor, homeowners are "shopping around" — comparing 5 quotes, haggling on price, or deciding not to do the project at all. These leads are different.
Every lead in our system is a property with an active county code violation. The owner has been cited. The clock is ticking. They need a licensed contractor — not tomorrow, not next month — now.
From County Record to Your Inbox in Three Steps
We do the heavy lifting — monitoring county records daily, matching violations to trade categories, and delivering qualified leads filtered by your specialty.
We Monitor County Violations Daily
Our system scans code enforcement databases across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties every day — identifying new violations, tracking status changes, and flagging properties where the owner must hire a licensed contractor.
We Match Violations to Required Trades
Each violation is classified by trade category — electrical, plumbing, roofing, general contracting, fire protection, HVAC, or structural. We also estimate job value based on violation type, property size, and comparable projects.
You Get Leads Filtered to Your Business
Set your trade specialty, service area (by zip code or city), and budget range. We deliver matching leads directly to you — complete with property address, violation details, urgency level, and estimated job value.
What's Included With Every Lead
Every lead comes with the information you need to evaluate the job before making a single phone call.
Property Address & Details
Full property address, owner of record, folio number, property type, and square footage — everything you need to scope the job.
Violation Type & Details
Exact violation codes, descriptions, dates issued, and current enforcement status — sourced directly from county code enforcement records.
Urgency Level
Each lead is scored by urgency: HIGH (pending hearing/fines), MEDIUM (active enforcement), or STANDARD. Higher urgency = faster close.
Estimated Job Value
Based on violation type, property size, and comparable projects in the area — an estimated value range so you can prioritize the right leads.
All Trades Needed
Many properties need multiple trades. We identify every trade category required — so you can pursue the full scope or refer other trades in your network.
Compliance Deadline
When the property owner's compliance deadline is approaching, the lead gets flagged. Deadlines mean urgency — and urgency means decisions get made fast.

Questions Contractors Ask
"How are these different from Angi leads?"
Angi and HomeAdvisor leads are homeowners who might want work done — they're shopping around, getting multiple quotes, and often decide not to proceed. Our leads are property owners who have been cited by the county and must hire a licensed contractor to resolve the violation or face escalating fines, liens, and legal action. The intent is fundamentally different.
"How fresh are the leads?"
Our system updates daily from county code enforcement records. You receive leads within 24 hours of a new violation being documented. We also track status changes — so if a violation is escalated to a hearing, you'll be the first to know the urgency just increased.
"How many contractors get the same lead?"
On our Basic plan, leads are shared with a maximum of 3–5 contractors in the same service area. On the Professional plan, you get exclusive access — no other contractor receives that lead. Enterprise clients can lock in exclusivity across entire zip codes or cities.
"What information do I get with each lead?"
Every lead includes: property address, violation type and code section, urgency level (HIGH/MEDIUM/STANDARD), estimated job value range, all trades required, compliance deadline, case number, and property details. Professional tier leads also include direct owner contact information.
"What areas do you cover?"
We currently cover Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties — South Florida's three largest markets. We're expanding to additional Florida counties in 2026. You can filter leads by specific zip codes, cities, or the entire county.
